Wrong, damaged or defective items:
Our goal is for you our valued customer to be satisfied with your purchase. Items sent incorrectly, damaged or defective will be exchanged. If an item needs returned please contact 4X4Tracks.com for an RA# (Return Authorization Number) within 7 days of receipt. No returns are accepted after 14 days of receipt. The RA# must be written clearly on the outside of the box and a copy of the invoice and letter of explanation placed inside. Returns will not be processed without an RA#. All items (even defective items) should be returned in as clean condition as possible. Shipping fees are not refundable.

All other returns:
For discrepancies not related to damaged, defective or wrong item, the customer must contact 4X4Tracks.com for an RA# (Return Authorization Number) within 7 days of receipt. No returns are accepted after 14 days of receipt. Customers have 14 days from receipt to return items prior to use. The RA# must be written clearly on the outside of the box and a copy of the invoice and letter of explanation placed inside. Returns will not be processed without an RA#. There will be a 20% restocking fee for the authorized return of new products. All returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging in 100% resalable condition, or we may refuse to issue credit. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges unless we shipped an incorrect, damaged or defective item. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Sorry, no returns on track systems, winches, plows, light bars, discontinued, closeout, custom, or electrical components.

Shipping Information:
We normally ship orders within 1-4 BUSINESS days from the time the order is placed unless the specific product purchased has a longer availability time specified. If we have the products in our physical location we will always try to ship out the same day, but we sometimes need to get parts from other locations to complete an order. Weekend orders will not be processed until Monday. If for some reason your item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail or phone.

Note: If you are choosing 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day shipping, these shipping rates take effect once the order is shipped (usually within 1-4 business days). If you need the products immediately, please call for availability.

Back Orders:
Some items ship directly from the manufacture to save our customers MONEY, PLEASE be sure to call if in a hurry to make sure products are available. We will do our best to notify you of any back order.

FREE Shipping:
Items that state free shipping or shipping included - This applies to 48 USA states (Hawaii and Alasaka not included). There will never be free shipping on international orders.

ATV / UTV Track System Shipping:
Track systems must ship to a COMMERICAL shipping address.

International Orders:
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S.A. are responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are *not* included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.

Cancellation policy:
Call us quick (248) 955.3167, If you contact us prior to your order being processed we can cancel the order without any fees or charges. Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled.
